The Smart Way to Cleanse Parasites:

The Smart Way to Cleanse Parasites:

This is general parasite protocol for adults and children , not a one size fits all prescription. Dosing must always be adjusted for body weight, sensitivity, mineral status, and liver capacity.

A well designed parasite protocol has five pillars:

1. Kill

2. Paralyze

3. Break biofilm

4. Bind toxins

5. Support elimination

Below is a structured 6 week foundational protocol for adults.

FOUNDATIONAL ANTIPARASITE PROTOCOL

6 Weeks

WEEKS 1 TO 2

Prepare the Terrain

Goal: Improve digestion, bile flow, and elimination before introducing stronger herbs.

Morning

Warm water with lemon

Digestive bitters before meals such as gentian, dandelion root, or artichoke

Optional ginger tea for motility

With meals

Garlic, fresh crushed or encapsulated

Pumpkin seeds 1 to 2 tablespoons daily

Fermented foods

Evening

Magnesium citrate or glycinate for bowel movement support

Daily

Minimum 1 bowel movement

Hydration

Mineral support including zinc and trace minerals

If constipated, do not move to the next phase until resolved.

WEEKS 3 TO 5

Active Antiparasitic Phase

Morning empty stomach

Black walnut hull tincture

Wormwood

Clove

These are often combined in classic formulas.

Alternative rotation options

Neem

Oregano oil

Pau d’Arco

Berberine containing herbs

Midday

Pumpkin seeds

Papaya seeds small amounts if tolerated

Evening

Garlic

Bitter herbs to stimulate bile

Biofilm support

NAC or proteolytic enzymes between meals

Binder

See list in my previous post

Very important

Ensure daily bowel movement

Increase binder if experiencing die off symptoms such as headache, fatigue, irritability, skin flares

WEEK 6

Clear and Rebuild

Stop strong antiparasitic herbs.

Continue

Binders every other day

Probiotics

L glutamine for gut lining

Zinc

Vitamin A

Minerals

Focus on rebuilding gut terrain and immune balance.

OPTIONAL ENEMA SUPPORT

Coffee enemas for bile flow

Garlic or herbal retention enemas under guidance

CHILDREN

Dosing must be weight adjusted.

Use gentler options such as pumpkin seeds, garlic in food, papaya seeds in very small quantities, mild herbal blends formulated for pediatric use.

Avoid strong wormwood and black walnut in very young children unless supervised by a practitioner.

CYCLE STRATEGY

Many practitioners use 2 weeks on, 1 week off cycles for 2 to 3 rounds.

WHY CYCLING MATTERS

Parasites have life cycles. Eggs may hatch after initial kill phase. Cycling helps target newly emerging organisms.

CRITICAL SUPPORT FACTORS

Stomach acid

Bile flow

Mineral balance

Protein intake

Low sugar diet

Address mold exposure if present

Without correcting terrain, reinfection or persistence is common.

RED FLAGS

Severe abdominal pain

Persistent vomiting

High fever

Blood in stool

Those require specialist evaluation.
